  • Chicken lettuce wraps (same as P.F. Changs) and stir fry chicken. It was delicious. :]

  • Get this. Tofu, sliced about the size of a playing card, coated in panko and parmesan shred, sauteed in olive oil and garlic.

    Now get this... it was fantastic!

  • Some kind of tomato-noodle-cheese casserole with meatballs. My neighbour made it for us. It tasted okay, but it did not agree with my system...

  • I had to eat in increments due to call volume, but it was really good. I had home grown cucumbers with ceaser dressing, lentil soup over brown rice and hummus on wheat crackers. Dessert was this blueberry/melon fruit cobbler shit my wife makes... wierd looking, but deeeeelicious!
