I noticed that they are numbered, but I only see a few resources but the numbers of the resources are in the hundreds (character sets). Why is that?

its they submission id, to keep things organized. What you see 100's in one category you might see 20's in another.

Also please redownload I added a new category "Resources Pack" and fixed a few bugs.
