How to request:

-  Include what version of rpg maker this is for. (this is the most important thing to do)

-  Clearly state what you are requesting. (Battler, Charset, recolor...)

-  Give a detailed description on what you need. No "uh IDK just make it a different color" (Please tell what colors and where to use them)

-  If possible provide an example. These can help your request get done much quicker.

-  Don't bump ever second! be patient.

Yaaay! This will help those people get their requests done a little more properly. Maybe make it a rule to bump every other day?

I don't think even if they really needed it, they should bump every second. That could be construed as just raising their post count. Also, if they bump once every 24 hours, then the topic should still be near the top of the list. But, people can do what your last sentence says, too
